Many generations of families have worshiped here and still do. As Lutherans, we are committed to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ especially through Word & Sacrament. We study and preach God’s Word and offer the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion to all. We baptise infants, children, youth and adults. Contact the pastor if you wish to pursue Christ’s call through Baptism for yourself or for a child in your care. (Also see About Baptism.)
Holy Communion is usually offered on the first, third and fifth Sundays of the month in addition to Festival Sundays and other special occasions. See the home page for details on our worship services.
We are part of the Eastern Synod within the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC). We are also in a full communion relationship with the Anglican Church of Canada and all Anglicans are especially welcome at St. Peter’s.
